You must click on the Web Version icon in the Format column of the QBookshelf to launch the QBook. Clicking on the book title will not launch it. Upon clicking the icon, if you see a white window appear and flicker for a brief second and then disappear, or a yellow line as the top of the browser, it indicates that a popup blocker is disallowing it. Make sure that you have disabled all popup blockers on this site. Usually, the browser indicates that it has blocked a popup via an alert message of blinking flash or a yellow line. You will have the option of allowing pop-ups on this site while leaving them blocked on all other sites. If you see a "Loading" message, but the book does not appear for over a minute, it is likely that the internet connection or network is slow. If the computer seems to have hung, please close all browsers and restart it.
